Creamy Facial - Make Your Own Facial Wash
A creamy facial wash is especially good for those with dry skin, as this will moisturize the skin while cleansing it of dirt, grime, and make-up. However, rather than use synthetically manufactured facial washes, you can search for facial recipes online. There are plenty of simple recipes that are easy to follow. Not only do you save on facial products, but you also get to protect your skin from the harmful chemicals that commercial facial washes may contain. Creamy Facial - Pamper Yourself For organic facial washes, fruit pastes, grain blends, and natural cleansing creams may be used. Unlike soap, which may dry out the skin, natural facial treatments are soft and even nourishing for your skin. They also do a great job of cleansing the skin without removing the skin's natural protective oils. To have soft and smooth skin, use butter milk or organic yogurt (plain) as your everyday facial wash. Apply this on the face the way you would any ordinary cold cream. Make sure you avoid the area around your eyes. This is a gentle solution and will work for any skin type. It also contains lactic acid, which will remove the dead skin cells on the surface of your face. To achieve glowing skin, mash 1⁄3 of a very ripe banana. Apply this on your face and throat (again avoiding your eyes). Wash this off right away but if your skin is extra dry, leave it on your face longer (approx. 5 mins). On the other hand, if you have dry, thin, or mature skin and want to get rosy cheeks, mix a tablespoon of heavy cream with one or two drops of rose or rose geranium essential oil. Massage the mixture on the face and throat. This is also a great solution to be used for removing eye makeup and mascara. Staying beautiful doesn't have to be expensive. It's really quite simple if you would only take the time to find out how you can use natural products to care for your skin. Written by: Mika Villanueva
