Makeup - Toner Basics

When you are going out or simply want to put some makeup on your face, it is best to apply a toner after gently cleansing your face. The best way to apply toner on your face is by using a tissue.

Tissue paper absorbs less of the toner compared to cotton. This regulates the amount of toner you apply on your skin. Wipe the tissue lightly on your face and let it dry before applying moisturizer.
