Skincare Inside-Out

Skincare from the inside out is very important. What you consume is easily absorbed by the body and is quickly manifested in the appearance and condition of your skin.

 

To keep skin looking fresh it is a good idea to drink about 2 liters of water daily to help wash out impurities. A nutritious diet along with a regular intake of vitamins like C, E, B and zinc to keep skin healthy. You should also limit alcohol and nicotine consumption.
