Winter Skin Care – Water Therapy for Your Skin During Winter

Winter skin care can mean the difference between a healthy glowing complexion and a dreary skin tone in winter weather. However there are a few tricks you can do during winter to help you get through it.

 

You can do a simple water treatment as you shower in the morning. As you shower, start with hot water but before you step out of the shower, change to cold water for fifteen seconds.

 

Then gradually turn the heat up and then shift to cold water again. Repeat this hydrotherapy method for two minutes. This method helps stimulate the blood in your body.
